Cheesy Enchilada

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz. pkg. of Philadelphia fat free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 8oz. pkg. of Kraft fat free shredded Non-fat cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup green onions
  • 6 6-in. flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Taco Bell home originals thick ‘n chunky salsa

Instructions

Beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed till smooth. Add 1 cup of cheddar cheese and onions; mix until blended. Spread ¼ cup cheese mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up. Place, seam-side down, in 11x7-inch baking dish. Pour salsa over tortillas. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese; cover.Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minute or until thoroughly heated. To use microwave follow above directions but use a microwave safe pan instead. microwave on high for 12-14 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning after 6 minutes.
